Photo to VCD Creator is a program that enables you to create VCDs or SVCDs based on your jpg format files. Those may be photos from your digital camera or just any pictures in your computer. Besides, it can be any movie, previously converted to mpeg format. Using this software you can create, for example, your photo album and burn it on CD. Up to 1900 photos can be put there. To use it, first of all you should create directory structure and put there images you want to do VCD from. Then start the Photo to VDC Creator program. When it starts two windows are opened: the main window and the settings window. First, you should make settings: point out the source and build path, main title, correct edges, image subscript, output type, TV format, resolution, image center, fonts, language. Then in the main window click the Read Structure button and one of the pictures will appear on preview window. Also you can use fast preview or full size preview options to see the results. Then press the Create (S)VCD button and the process will start. The program has embedded burning functions. So, you can also burn the CD. This CD can be played on any DVD player.
